Hyphen’s Full Specialist Program in Orlando is built for students with a busy schedule. Classes meet two days per week based on the following schedules:
Monday & Tuesday, 9am – 7pm
Wednesday & Thursday, 9am – 7pm
Saturday & Sunday, 9am – 7pm. Join the waitlist if weekends work best.
It is possible (but not recommended) to take both classes concurrently, going to campus 4-days per week.
Lectures and quizzes are delivered through our online eLearning platform, so in-person class time is focused on real practice with clients. Content is available in English and Spanish, and our instructors are fluent in both languages.

What is the difference between a Full Specialist and a Nail Specialist?
Nail Specialist can often upsell a lash, brow or hair removal service to a client. However, they need the training to do so. As a Full Specialist, you are trained and carry the license to do the full gamut of nail and skin treatments.
How long is the program?
Most students complete the Full Specialist Orlando program in five months. However, if you opt to attend classes 4-days per week, you can finish the program in 3 months.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Beginners are welcome. You'll just need a high school diploma or GED by graduation.
Do I need to take a state exam?
No. You’ll complete your final evaluation with Hyphen instructors on campus.
Is financial aid available?
Federal grants only applies for programs that are above 600 hours. Since Florida only requires 400 hours for a Full Specialist license, federal funding does not apply for most schools in Florida.
We offer interest-free payment plans so you only need to pay $600 at enrollment and the balance can be paid monthly while you are in school. You will not have any student debt when you graduate
