Esthetician School Winter Park | Hyphen Beauty School

Searching for an Esthetician School in Winter Park? You've found it. Hyphen Beauty School is located right on Lee Road, just minutes from Park Avenue, making us the most convenient esthetician training program for Winter Park residents. Our 220-hour program gets you licensed as a Florida facial specialist in just 2.5 months—the fastest path to a skincare career and our cost is only half of the price of other esthetician schools nearby.

At Hyphen, students learn through a hybrid model that combines online lectures with in-person hands-on practice. You’ll graduate faster while gaining more time with clients in our student clinic. With small class sizes, bilingual instructors, and affordable tuition, Hyphen makes esthetics education accessible and effective for Winter Park residents.

Why Winter Park Residents Choose Hyphen for Esthetician School

  • Right in Your Backyard - Hyphen's campus literally faces I-4 at Lee Rd. If you're coming from Park Avenue, take Fairbanks Avenue east to Lee Road, turn left, then immediate right onto N Wymore. From Baldwin Park or Maitland, take I-4 to the Lee Road exit and we're right there. From the Aloma Avenue area near Winter Park Village, it's a straight shot down Aloma to Lee Road.

  • Graduate in 2.5 Months - Most esthetician schools stretch their programs to 4-6 months to charge more tuition. We follow Florida's exact 220-hour requirement—no padding, no unnecessary content. Attend two days per week for 2.5 months and you will licensed and making money.

  • 2-Day Weekly Schedule - Classes meet either Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday from 9am-7pm. We also offer weekend classes (Saturday/Sunday) on our waitlist. This schedule is perfect for people who want to continue working while schooling.

  • All-Inclusive Tuition: $4,540 - Your tuition covers 220 hours of professional instruction, Dermalogica professional skincare kit, lash kit, online eLearning platform access and all Florida state board licensing and registration fees. No surprise fees. Just $600 to enroll, then pay the remaining balance interest-free over your time in school (about $1,100/month). You'll graduate debt-free.

  • Hybrid Learning Model - All your theory work—skin anatomy, sanitation standards, product chemistry, Florida regulations, state board prep—happens online through our eLearning platform. Study at Starbucks on Park Avenue, at home in your pajamas, or during your lunch break at work. When you come to campus, you skip the lectures and dive straight into hands-on work: performing facials, waxing services, makeup application, and lash treatments on real clients under instructor supervision..

  • Dermalogica Partnership School - You'll train exclusively with Dermalogica products—one of the most prestigious professional skincare brands used in high-end spas worldwide. You'll also have the option to earn official Dermalogica certification as part of your program, which gives you an immediate edge when applying to upscale spas and medical esthetics practices.

  • Small Classes, Real Mentorship - Hyphen caps every cohort at 20 students. That means your instructors know your name, recognize your strengths and weaknesses, and give you personalized feedback on your technique. You're not competing with 50 other students for practice time or instructor attention.

  • Bilingual Instruction - All course materials are available in both English and Spanish. Our instructors are fluent in both languages, so you can learn in whichever language feels most natural to you
